Tourism and Air Transportation Developments April 2024

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of star hotels in Surakarta City in April 2024 was recorded at 52.46 percent, an increase of 14.01 points compared to the TPK in March 2024 which was recorded at 38.45 percent. Meanwhile, the TPK for non-star hotels was recorded at 30.08 percent, an increase of 5.79 points compared to the TPK in March 2024 which was recorded at 24.29 percent.

The average length of stay (RLM) for star hotel guests in April 2024 was recorded at 1.37 days, unchanged compared to March 2024 which was also recorded at 1.37 days. Meanwhile, RLM for non-star hotels was recorded at 1.11 days, a decrease of 0.02 points compared to March 2024 which was recorded at 1.13 days.

The number of commercial airplane passengers arriving through Adi Sumarmo airport in April 2024 was 61,320 people, consisting of 60,460 domestic flight passengers and 860 international flight passengers. This figure has increased by 53.39 percent compared to the previous month, which was recorded at 39,976 people.

Passengers departing from Adi Sumarmo airport in April 2024 totaled 58,178 people, consisting of 57,389 domestic flight passengers and 789 international flight passengers. This figure has increased by 44.63 percent compared to the previous month, which was recorded at 40,226 people.
