Tourism and Air Transportation Developments February 2024

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of star hotels in Surakarta City in February 2024 was recorded at 47.67 percent, an increase of 1.74 points compared to the TPK in January 2024 which was recorded at 45.93 percent. Meanwhile, the TPK for non-star hotels was recorded at 27.37 percent, a decrease of 2.91 points compared to the TPK in January 2024 which was recorded at 30.28 percent.

The average length of stay (RLM) for star hotel guests in February 2024 was recorded at 1.32 days, a decrease of 0.09 points compared to January 2024 which was recorded at 1.41 days. Meanwhile, RLM for non-star hotels was recorded at 1.11 days, a decrease of 0.04 points compared to January 2024 which was recorded at 1.15 days.

The number of commercial airplane passengers arriving through Adi Sumarmo airport in February 2024 was 44,742 people, consisting of 43,177 domestic flight passengers and 1,565 international flight passengers. This figure has increased by 1.49 percent compared to the previous month, which was recorded at 44,085 people.

Passengers departing from Adi Sumarmo airport in February 2024 totaled 44,417 people, consisting of 42,852 domestic flight passengers and 1,565 international flight passengers. This figure decreased by 7.09 percent compared to the previous month, which was recorded at 47,806 people.
