Tourism and Air Transportation Developments September 2024

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of star hotels in Surakarta City in September 2024 was recorded at 50.36 percent, a decrease of 0.26 points compared to the TPK in August 2024 which was recorded at 50.63 percent. Meanwhile, the TPK of non-star hotels was recorded at 29.21 percent, an increase of 0.81 points compared to the TPK in August 2024 which was recorded at 28.40 percent.

The Average Length of Stay (LSL) of star hotel guests in September 2024 was recorded at 1.37 days, a decrease of 0.08 points compared to August 2024 which was recorded at 1.45 days. Meanwhile, the RLM of non-star hotels was recorded at 1.10 days, an increase of 0.01 points compared to August 2024 which was recorded at 1.09 days.

The number of commercial aircraft passengers arriving through Adi Sumarmo Airport in September 2024 was 44,846 people, consisting of 43,125 domestic flight passengers and 1,721 international flight passengers. This figure decreased by 9.17 percent compared to the previous month, which was recorded at 49,371 people.

Passengers departing from Adi Sumarmo Airport in September 2024 were 44,282 people, consisting of 43,849 domestic passengers and 433 international passengers. This figure decreased by 3.39 percent compared to the previous month, which was recorded at 45,835 people.
