Abstract

In accordance with the mandate of Law Number 16 of 1997 concerning Statistics and PP Number 51 of 1999 concerning Implementation of Statistics, the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) as a public institution has the duty and responsibility to provide statistical data and information. Satisfaction and quality of service to consumers is the main thing in the presentation and service of data by BPS. To identify the needs and level of customer satisfaction, a Data Needs Survey was conducted.
In 2019, BPS conducted SKD at the Central BPS, 34 Provincial BPS PST, and 479 Regency / City BPS PST. The SKD 2019 results are presented in the form of publication "Analysis of Surakarta City Data Needs Survey 2019" which contains analysis of consumer characteristics, analysis of data quality satisfaction, analysis of quadrants of satisfaction and consumer interests. This analysis is also complemented by the presentation in the form of the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK).
We hope this publication can be useful to improve data quality and performance of BPS in Surakarta City. Suggestions and constructive input, we really hope for improvement in the future. Thanks and happy reading.
