Development of Tourism and Air Transportation in Surakarta in July 2019

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of star hotels in the city of Surakarta in July 2019 was recorded at 60.97 percent, decreased by 4.74 points compared to the TPK in June 2019 which was recorded at 65.71 percent. Whereas the ROR for non-star hotels / other accommodation averaged 35.66 percent, a decrease of 1.55 points compared to the ROR in June 2019 which reached 37.21 percent.
The average length of stay (RLM) of all star hotel guests in July 2019 was 1.44 days, an increase of 0.07 points compared to June 2019 which was 1.37 days.
The number of commercial air passengers arriving through Adi Sumarmo airport in July 2019 totaled 68,293 people, all of whom were domestic flight passengers. That number increased by 1.02 percent compared to the previous month, which numbered 67,604 people.
Passengers departing from Adi Sumarmo airport numbered 71,978 people, all of whom were domestic flight passengers. That number decreased by 3.39 percent compared to the previous month, which numbered 74,505 people.
