Development of Tourism and Air Transportation in Surakarta June 2019

The star occupancy rate (TPK) in Surakarta City in June 2019 was recorded at 65.71 percent, an increase of 26.05 points compared to the TPK in May 2019 which was recorded at 39.66 percent. While the non-star hotels / other accommodation RORs averaged 37.21 percent, up 10.43 points compared to the May 2019 TPK which reached 26.78 percent.

Average Length of Stay (RLM) of all star hotel guests in June 2019 was recorded at 1.37 days, a decrease of 0.01 points compared to May 2019 which was recorded at 1.38 days.

The number of commercial airplane passengers arriving through Adi Sumarmo airport in June 2019 amounted to 67,604 people, all of them domestic passengers. This number increased by 23.55 percent compared to the previous month, which recorded a total of 54,718 people.

Passengers departing from Adi Sumarmo airport numbered 74,505, all of them domestic passengers. This number increased by 78.66 percent compared to the previous month, which was recorded at 41,701 people.
