Held at Mahalaya The Legacy Hotel Solo, BPS Surakarta City held a Focus Group Discussion on Public Service Standards, on Tuesday, August 20, 2024.

The event, which was attended by public service users, namely from OPD elements, academics, NGOs, the community, service users, and the mass media, aims to improve public service standards.

On this occasion, resource person Epi Priyanto, said that one of the services at BPS is the Integrated Statistics Service (PST). There are 4 types of PST services including library services, statistical consultations, sales of statistical products, and statistical recommendation services.

Hopefully, with this FGD, input and constructive suggestions will be obtained that can be used as a reference for improving the quality of public services.
