Gross Regional Domestic Product of Surakarta Municipality by Expenditure 2018-2022

Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) is one of the economic data sets that can be used to evaluate the economic development performance of a region. GRDP can also be used as a basis for developing economic models in order to formulate policies, accelerate the rate of circulation of money (velocity of money), deepen the financial sector (financial deepening), determine taxes, study exports and imports, and so on.

This publication displays GRDP expenditures which are calculated using the expenditure approach. Through this approach, GRDP is broken down according to expenditure components, namely Household Consumption Expenditure, Consumption Expenditures for Non-Profit Institutions Serving Households (LNPRT), Government Consumption Expenditures, Gross Fixed Capital Formation (PMTB), Inventory Changes and Net Exports.

We hope that this publication will be useful for all parties for the benefit of the economic development of Surakarta City in particular, both those developed by the government as well as the business world and society.
