Surakarta City Consumer Price Index and Inflation 2020

The publication of the 2020 Surakarta Consumer Price Index and Inflation is an annual publication published by the Surakarta City Statistics Agency. This publication presents data on the development of the Consumer Price Index in Surakarta in 2020. The calculation of CPI and inflation in 2020 uses the new base year from the 2018 Cost of Living Survey. The data presented can be used as an evaluation material for policies that have been taken by the government, private sector and holders monetary authority (Bank Indonesia) and consideration for future policy making relating to issues of economic stability and price stability.
In an effort to meet the needs of data consumers, BPS is always trying to improve the presentation of this publication.
