The publication Book of Consumer Price Index of Surakarta City 2015 was published to provide information about CPI and its development every month in Surakarta. From this information can be seen the level of stability of price development of goods and services that occurred in the city of Surakarta, then from this information can be used as the basis of policy making in the procurement of goods for the community. Observation of price developments at the regional level is becoming increasingly important, especially with regard to the implementation of regional autonomy which is expected to have an impact on regional economic development.
