Workshop on the Challenges of Employment Reform Towards Golden Indonesia 2045

Taking place at Mahalaya The Legacy Hotel Solo, Tuesday (22/10), BPS Surakarta City held a Manpower Workshop with the theme of Challenges of Manpower Reform Towards Golden Indonesia 2045.

The activity with participants from OPD elements, academics, mass media and manpower organizations, invited 3 speakers, namely the Head of BPS Surakarta City, Head of the Manpower Office and Lecturer of Sebelas Maret University (UNS).

The workshop was opened by the Head of the Manpower Office representing the Regional Secretary of Surakarta City. In her remarks, Widyastuti said that Manpower Reform is important in realizing Golden Indonesia 2045 through quality and competitive Human Resources (HR) at the global level.

Hopefully, Surakarta City will be able to answer the challenges of Manpower Reform through effective, efficient and targeted Manpower Development policies.
