Community Satisfaction Index Semester I 2024 BPS Surakarta City

The Data Needs Survey (SKD) conducted by BPS resulted in a Public Satisfaction Index for the services provided by the Integrated Statistics Service (PST) of BPS Surakarta City in Semester I of 2024 reaching 92.37. This means that the performance of the service unit is in the very good category.

In addition to the Public Satisfaction Index, SKD also produced a Service Quality Perception Index (IPKP) of 3.68 and an Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK) of 3.82 in Quarter II of 2024.

Hopefully, the Integrated Statistics Service of BPS Surakarta City can provide increasingly better services.
