Result of the 2023 Data Need Survey

The results of the 2023 Data Needs Survey (SKD), the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK) for services provided by the BPS Surakarta City Integrated Statistics Service (PST) reached 92.07. This means that the performance of the service unit is in the very good category in terms of consumer satisfaction.

Apart from IKK, SKD provides an overview of consumer data needs, consumer perceptions of BPS PST service performance and consumer perceptions of BPS quality as well as the Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK).
